At StoreYourBoard, we want to ensure your gear stays organized and protected, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all home storage solutions. If your rack or stand isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the storage items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your rack and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
